Smooth malt profile lets the hops do the talking. Three hop varieties, in three separate additions. To finish it off, we dry hop the bejeebers out of it, resulting in a robust and tantalizing aroma. For this project, oak chips soaked in gin were thrown into the mix, adding fruity notes of juniper and off-sweet herbs
