We can’t help it, this Kolsch is so good, it makes us a little squiggly in our downstairs.
It’s light, refreshing and a true homage to the classic ales of Koln, Germany. Kolsch-style ales are fermented cool, to allow the yeast to express itself without getting too intense. The beer has a light body with a hint of wheat, a subtle fruity yeast note and crisp, balancing hop finish. So good, it’s sure to give you all the funny feelings in your insides…. In the best way.
