Beer Description
The Fire Water Rye is a malty and robust Red Ale brewed with loads of flaked and malted rye, Munich malts, and a hint of beechwood smoked barley. We wanted to capture the rich sweet malt flavors of dark Munich malts, the slick spice from a combination of flaked and malted rye, and a hint of spice from central European Sybilla hops. We also incorporated a hint of beechwood smoked malt to capture the essence of the season. The beer is rich and toasty, with hints of smoke and spice, and a pleasant lingering malt finish. Cheers
