Beer Description
We dosed 20 lbs of cocoa nibs with white truffle oil and added them to the fermenter to take this already rich and smooth salted amber ale to a whole new level. The pungent aroma of white truffles followed by the bittersweet, richness of all that raw chocolate married perfectly with a base that is at once malty and savory. It will totally ensnare your palate.
