Beer Description
This mixed culture produces a dry and sour finish with huge stone fruit and citrus flavors.
To celebrate our anniversary, we created a special blended mixed culture farmhouse ale. We aged this ale in French oak barrels with apricots, followed by a healthy dose of Citra hops. Everything about this beer is designed to bring out the stone fruit and citrus notes from this unique mixed culture (Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus).
