Beer Description
Saison and Brewers’ Cut are a perfect marriage. The flexibility of the style, from a spicing perspective, pairs well with the creativity that the Brewers’ Cut program was founded on. For this beer we have chosen blackberries and sage to both complement the spiciness, as well as augment the fruitiness, of a French Saison yeast strain. The beguiling flavors of herb/spice and fruit, coupled with a dry finish, will have you using one of our favorite phrases, “Utah, gimme two!”
