Beer Description
Water On Mars is a 2015 Festival of Wood and Barrel Aged Beer bronze medal winning tart cherry saison that we aged in Michigan red wine barrels for 10 months. Montmorency tart cherries lend a beautiful red hue while also adding a complex acidity that balances nicely with oak notes from the barrel it was aged in.
