Beer Description
Delicate citrus notes and a noticeably sweeter, softer flavor, Understory Part 2 is lighter in color, softer in flavor, and is less aromatic than Understory.
Although the amount of hops used in the recipe was doubled, by losing the dry hop process hop flavors are milder. Whereas Understory Part 1 was a West Coast Style IPA with an aggressive hop presence and big, juicy grapefruit notes, Understory Part 2 is a more subtle MidWest / East Coast style IPA. Each light-bodied, golden colored sip finishes short and dry.
