Beer Description

Saint McDole is the fifth beer in our Saint Series; a series of beers that consist of one hop and one malt, made one time only. It is our way to show our appreciation and admiration of those that have been indispensable in the opening of our brewery, the success of our brewery, and the success of our industry as a whole. Saint McDole (brewed for our Mike “Tasty” McDole of the Brewing Network) is a single hop American IPA showcasing Nelson Sauvin Hops, and using all Irish Stout Malt. Up front Saint McDole is loaded with notes of Sauvignon Blanc wine grapes, fresh grapefruit, and the stickiest sativa in Pleasant Hill . The Irish Stout Malt provides a very clean malt profile with a very high attenuation, providing the Nelson hops with an extremely dry and clean canvas to paint on. These hops were incredible hard for us to acquire, and it would be impossible to find someone more deserving of their sacrifice.
