Beer Description
This is a red/amber colored ale aged in oak barrels with a Roeselare yeast blend, which includes a Sherry strain, Brett, Lacto, and Pedio. We also added raspberries, blueberries, and sweet orange peel. If you are nervous, itβs a very approachable sour ale.
