Beer Description
Expect strong earthy and citrus notes on the aroma and flavor. Some herbal and even pine aromatics are likely to be perceived as well. Highly alcoholic (double digits) but not boozy or gaggy due to the drier malt body and lack of any caramel or crystal malts in the grist bill. Expect strong bitterness that is clean and not astringent.
Overall a very simple and tasty beer designed to showcase the flavor of Equinox hops with the malt character being a grainy and bready flavor far, far in the background. “Beautifully Unbalanced” is the best way to describe it
