Beer Description

St. Bernardus ABT 12 is a Belgian abbey-style quadruppel. When poured, it rapidly forms a billowy two-finger head, and the beer beneath is ruby red/mahogany in color.nIt has a very deep and complex flavor profile that is primarily vinuous: dark fruit like prunes, plums and grapes dominate. It is terrifically balanced, and even at 10.5% ABV, the alcohol is scarcely detectable.
