Beer Description
Cedar Rapids, Iowa celebrates a fifth season — one to enjoy all other seasons and the beauty of our landscape. This beer is made with the bounty of the Midwest and a twist of Great Britain. We combine premium base malt from Great Britain and Ireland, Special B, chocolate wheat malt, black malt and roasted barley, plus a whopping 150 pounds of Midwestern rolled oats to give it a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. UK Fuggles hops provide balance and American ale yeast drives the fermentation. Put it all together and Fifth Season becomes a dark treat to savor during any season!
