The very best of Great Britain and Québec! Amber colored bubbles, persistent yet extremely fine. Complex nose characterized by an aromatic medley of cantaloupe, grapefruit, honey, linden flower and maple syrup reduction. Taste buds first notice sea salt, then honey melon and, as a finale, a note of orange.Our particular concentration technique gives it an exquisite lightness combined with an expressive tang intended for seasoned and discerning palate.
