Beer Description
This lightly sour brett IPA has a super clean bitterness, juicy mouthfeel, hints of funk and a large pineapple nose.
The beer is our first attempt at brewing our award-winning Discord Sour Brett IPA in all stainless. Well, the bacteria couldn’t quite rise for the challenge and the result was a sour profile unlike Discord. Instead of discarding it, which is always our first reaction when we don’t hit our mark, we decided to finish it out. Boy are we glad we did! While not quite Discord, this lightly sour brett IPA has a super clean bitterness, juicy mouthfeel, hints of funk and a large pineapple nose. While there is no blue pill for lactobacillus, for once impotence has its rewards.
