Beer Description
This US/UK hybrid ale was brewed with the help of Dr. Greg Lewis, created of the Columbus hop. Greg, originally from the UK, is one of the foremost authoritites on hops in the world and lives in the Triangle area. He came to BCBB to brew his very first batch of beer and selected the hop varieties used. The beer was filtered, but then dry hopped which creates a slightly cloudy appearance. The nose is very hoppy in aroma, yet very drinkable in bitterness. HOPS USED: Columbus, Cascade, Fuggles
