Central Arkansas Fermenters—the local homebrew club where Stone’s Throw founders Brad, Ian, Shawn & Theron met—is sponsoring a series of pro-am contests in 2016. Homebrewers submit their best batch of a specific style, and the winner gets their recipe made by a local brewery! Stone’s Throw chose Helles Bock, a very drinkable strong & malty German lager, as our style. Winning brewer Mark Sniff provided an entry perfect for summer sipping. Mark works at fermentables, the closest thing to brewing school in Central Arkansas. When he’s not home brewing, he spends his free time practicing Jiu-Jitsu, and spending time with his wife Jessica and daughter Mina. We hope you enjoy this rich and malty southern german lager, y’all! Special Release. OG 1070, IBU 30, ABV 7%
