Beer Description
Quartet is our amber sour ale aged in Cabernet barrels for 16 months with black currants added. More vinous than anything else we’ve made to date. Bright fruity aromas and jammy flavors. A slightly tanic finish from the oak and fruit skins compliment the sweet, jammy flavors nicely.
