Beer Description
Forgot About Drie is an oak barrel fermented ale with brettanomyces and lactobacillus. We brewed this a year and half ago and it spent a year in white wine barrels before we bottled it. It’s been conditioning in bottle ever since and now it’s ready to go. The primary fermentation was with Brettanomyces Brux Drie which is the origin of the name.
