Beer Description
1 Barrel, 3 Beers: Amarillo Sour
We took our annual Imperial IPA “Amarillo Warrior” and placed it in our Rock Town Rye Whiskey barrel previously used to age 2015 Anniversary Stout & 2015 Big Dam Horn O’Plenty. Then we added 3 souring agents: pedio, lacto & Brett. The result is our first barrel soured beer! This unique combination of hoppy, earthy, funky & tart produces a complex flavor with something different in every sip! Special Release. O.G. 1085, IBU 90, ABV 9%
Malt: Pilsen, Victory, Special Roast
Hops: Amarillo, Warrior, Simcoe
Other: Brett, Pedio, Lacto
