Beer Description
This year for Cheers to Belgian Beers, we were given the Lioness strain from Imperial Yeast and were asked to make something big and on the dark side. Hence, we bring you The Irreverent. An expanse of dark fruit, fig, raisin, sherry, and a light dusting of chocolate rise from the nose, and the body is a lush valley of maple, toffee, and banana bread laced with Medjool dates. The finish is balanced with a bitterness that compliments the landscape. We live in a beautiful country.
