Beer Description
Northern Lights Brewing created the signature beer for The Flying Goat, a dry-hopped ale called the Horned Aviator. It’s amber with excellent clarity and rings of lace. Smells nice centennial and amarillo. A little sweet. It tastes sweet crystal malts with bitterness and nice hop flavors. Very northwest. Medium bodied with low carb. Good IPA that toes the line between IPA and Pale. Very sessionable.
