In this 100% Mosaic iteration, we added 5 pounds per barrel of fresh cones overnighted from Yakima Valley in the whirlpool.
Part Two of our hop harvest celebration. We used the same all Golden Promise malt base, and the same hopping rates & schedules, to showcase the unique expressions of two different hop varietals.
