Beer Description
Winter calls for chocolate and delicious warm you up beers, with a founda- tion of cocoa and hints of caramel, this beer will have you roasting marsh- mallows by the fire. Deep dark roasted coffee/cocoa malt flavors, this stout has a smooth full-bodied flavor, with a slight cacao dryness and bitterness on the finish.
This is a terrific beer to drink through a range of temperatures, because as it warms in the glass, the flavors get more pronounced with increased depth and complexity, thus making it very interesting to see how the flavors develop with each taste.
