Beer Description
The taste is initially slightly sweet with a slightly acid, but almost without bitterness. Fullness is round, sweet and soft.
The aftertaste is short and fresh. The ambition in the development of Velvet Ale has been to create a beer that aromatic reminiscent of white wine and champagne, but as compared to the flavor and refreshing character is rooted in the beer world. In this work, it has also been an objective that the beer would include a minimum number of hops, so that it has no bitterness.
