Beer Description
A tawny, brown complex strong ale made in the style of Old Britain when all beers were stored in used wine casks.
Fruity, tart pie-cherry/pineapple character with a hint of horse blanket from the presence of Brettanomyces wild yeast. This beer was aged for nine months in a 7-yr old Sangiovese cask from Flying Leap Vineyards of Elgin, Arizona.
