Beer Description
An aromatic IPA featuring rye malts. Rich, bitter and slightly tropical on the nose. Pours with a creamy head and a red, amber hue.
English Dry Ale yeast is clean and highly attenuative, eliminating residual sweetness. American hop varieties compliment the earthy, tangy and floral notes of the rye, creating a uniquely balanced, yet complex IPA. Ends with a bright, clean residual bitter finish. A great sipping IPA!
