Beer Description
Stout A La Roos is an Imperial Stout brewed with Northern Michigan maple syrup, Mindo cocoa nibs, and RoosRoast Coffee. Dark chocolate in color, this Imperial Stout has a frothy mocha-colored head and aromas of freshly ground coffee, chocolate, and roasted malt. At first sip, Stout A La Roos has flavors of coffee that are accompanied by the full body of this stout. Flavors of roasted malt, chocolate and hints of maple syrup roll over the tongue before being met by a slighter bitter finish.
