Beer Description
This coconut flan-inspired ale is named after el Coco, a mythical boogeyman common in Latin American folklore, and much like el Coco this unique tropical ale.
Dulce de leche and coconut are added to a light-colored base beer to emulate the aroma and flavor of coconut flan, our favorite Latin dessert, to create an unassuming ale that pounces with intense tropical and coconut flavors when you least expect it. Sleep with one eye open and enjoy our homage to Latin folklore and dessert.
