Beer Description
This is a rustic Franco-Belgian style beer that celebrates spring & provides sustenance through the summer. Dry malt flavors and a slight citric tang of wheat; hops are generous enough to balance and lend some mild herbal and spice notes. Lavender was added to the mash, grant and kettle at end of boil to accentuate the hops and provide complexity.
