Beer Description
Traditionally this style is German-brewed to produce clean tasting ales that rival the taste of cold-conditioned lagers.
Altbier is a rebellious conformation. We use our California Ale yeast and ferment at lower temperatures to help keep this beer as clean as a lager. We chose a maltier ‘fest’ style beer to celebrate the upcoming beer festival season!
