Beer Description
A Belgian style Wit or white beer made with imported German pilsner malt, raw winter red wheat and flaked oats. The kettle addition hops were a light addition of the German Perle varietal that is barely discernible along with late additions of orange zest and toasted coriander to lend fruit flavor and an earthy finish. The beer is fermented with the yeast from the Brouwerij der Trappisten van Westmalle and is served unfiltered and cloudy intentionally.
