Beer Description
Our neighbor is a Brazilian artist and brewer. He brought us wood from the Amburana tree, which is widely used in Brazil for aging Cachaça. So we brewed up a Belgian Dubbel, and when it was done fermenting aged it on the Amburana wood for a few months. Pours dark brown, with pale creamy head. Aromas of orange peel, spiced dark fruits and coconut. Spicy, classic Belgian flavor profile.
