Brewed with blue agave nectar and real peaches, the initial flavor is sweet before the unique qualities of the blue agave become apparent.
Brewed with an English ale yeast this unconventional wheat beer actually looks quite traditional with a faint orange color and acceptable amount of haze. Brewed with blue agave nectar and real peaches, a delicate nose hints to similar flavors found throughout. Peach and malt flavors provide an initial sweetness before the unique qualities of the blue agave become apparent. Similar to the tequila that is typically made from this plant, it’s unusual contribution leaves an impressionable impact of pronounced earthy flavors that disappear as quickly as they came finishing pleasantly light and fresh.
