Beer Description

Only 15 gallons made in 2012 as a test run, with outstanding results. This single
variety cider will be available late summer 2013. A semi-dry cider with distinctive aroma, complex taste that begins sweet and ends dry with a slight bitterness. Newtown Pippin was another renowned colonial and early-American cider variety- Washington’s favorite, praised by Jefferson and Franklin, and exported to Queen Victoria. A chance seedling (“pippin”) first grown in 1730 in present-day Queens, New York.
Unfiltered, contains sulphites.
