Kolsch means “from Cologne” in German. And only a few traditional Cologne breweries are permitted to produce this gem of a summer beer. Two Coast Kolsch is crafted to the same exacting standards. With perfectly balanced pale barley and wheat malts it is light, fresh, sparkling, yet big in taste.
