Fannia Falanghia Del Molise

Especially pleasant and elegant, white Fannia is made from a selection of the best Falanghina grapes and came about from the desire to bring a vine which historically belonged here back to Sannio Pentro. Well-balanced and harmonious, this great white mirrors the high-profile technical ability that marks the estate’s passion and the outstanding personality of an exceptional wine. The nose is clean, intense and persistent. It imparts aromas of salt, musk, orange flowers, roses and limoncella apples. There is also a note of tropical fruit, pineapple, and undertones of vanilla. The finish speaks of minerals from rough rocks and gypsum. On the palate there is a precise and flavourful precision. A marked freshness and tasty finish. As it fades, an echo of tea leaves and walnut shells on a bed of tropical fruit lingers. A wine to pair with cured meats, light starters of meat and rice, light cheese and fresh fish.
