Our festive, full-bodied holiday ale is brewed in the tradition of the Finnish “sahti” rye beers, and boasts a unique fruit/spice character that calls to mind delicious holiday baking. Juniper, vanilla, curacao orange peel, cardamom and star anise each play a role without overwhelming the palate. The ancient Finnish farmhouse sahti style has been brewed since the Viking era, and traditional ingredients and methods are still being used today.
