Beer Description
Zaius is an oatmeal stout that was named in honor of our Yeti which was made from the roof of the Hoosier Dome. Brewed from Shag Bark Hickory Syrup, which is made in Trafalger, IN and malt smoked by our friends at Goose the Market. Zaius is a unique and flavorful stout. The aroma has a slight smokiness and the body is creamy and smooth. Zaius is roasty, toasty, chocolately and delicious!
