New Zealand Pale Ale. All NZ ingredients highlighting the quintessential NZ Nelson Sauvin hop. Easy drinking and well balanced – a great Summer quencher!
Revived and revitalised after a lengthy hiatus, we decided that with a name like this, our signature beer could no longer be just a New Zealand inspired pale ale! We’ve added oats and wheat, tinkered with the rest of the malts, added bucketloads of Mosaic hops to juice up the already juicy Nelson Sauvin/Kohatu combo, and fermented with London Fog to give you a refreshingly juicy but not so crazy hazy beer to enjoy this Summer.
