Beer Description
Mixed Culture Brett Saison.
This beer is a blend of two very special beers; made to showcase yeast, bacteria and fruit living in harmony. We started with a simple golden base beer that was racked into chardonnay barrels alongside a carefully chosen blend of microorganisms. Over the course of three years these microorganisms have been working hard to transform a simple base beer into a motley blend of flavors. After two years we added fresh pluots to the barrels. These barrels were then blended with a pomegranate saison to further layer the complexity of this beer. The result is a beer with very enticing aromas of a rainy barnyard and ripe juicy pomegranate, very drinkable and truly one of a kind.
