Beer Description
Dogfish Head Ble and Black is a Belgian style golden ale that is prepared with blackberries and blueberries. The beer is fermented with the same yeast that is used in the Dogfish Head Red and White and Pangaea beers. This ale is dosed with real pureed blackberries and blueberries, which allows for a fruity and sweet taste. As well, the fruity aromas are woven into the actual taste of the beer (www.dogfish.com, 2011).
