Beer Description
The long-awaited sister beer to “Amarillo Sour.” in September of 2017 we collaborated with Siren Craft Brew from the U.K to brew a kettle soured beer inspired by the classic Amaretto Sour cocktail. Before adding dryhops and after adding cherries and lemon and lime zest a portion of the beer was set aside to age in second use Bourbon barrels. The extensive barrel aging adds vanilla and char complexity to the beer and concludes the international saga.
