You gotta’ pay the troll toll…follow the stub toed footprints through the valley of nattering wood nymphs, past the talking toads & fairy folk and take in the sunset at Trollstigen. This beer is designed for summer swilling. We used a Kviek Norwegian yeast strain, tossing pineapple, mango and tangerine notes, pilsner, flaked rye, low bitterness, pineapple & blood orange purée. Dry, fruity, faintly funky and refreshing. Notes of pineapple mimosa, white grape, light orange pulp and sweet grain.
