Beer Description
We took everything we love about our our house IPA and added American wheat malt, and a healthy portion of American oats. Unthinkable amounts of the two best hop varieties in the Pacific Northwest were thrown into the whirlpool to introduce juicy, dank hop aroma and flavor. A special yeast variety was brought in to create a medium, smooth malt body. After fermentation a heroic dose of hops was then added twice for dry hopping. Juicy hops ride behind a silky smooth body followed by a crisp finish with little to no bitterness. The true taste of freedom and adventure!!
