Same malt bill and similar kettle hops as the regular Des Moines IPA but using a different yeast strain, and adding Mandarina Bavaria and Huell Melon hops.
This version has the same malt bill and similar kettle hops as the regular Des Moines IPA. The big changes are made in the fermenter by using a different yeast strain, and the addition of Mandarina Bavaria and Huell Melon hops. We hope you enjoy this fruitier, more mellow twist on an old favorite!
