Beer Description
Reminiscent of an English Special Bitter, “Bitter Earth” is deep copper in color, light bodied, and a flavorful earthy session beer with a complex malt profile and pleasing hop bitterness. Named after the great R&B tune “This Bitter Earth” made famous by Dinah Washington, and like the lyrics of this song, the earth is not so bitter after all and neither is this brew.
