Beer Description
Our American Pale Ale uses American pale malt, German Vienna malt, and Munich malt. Keeping the beer dry with little to no residual sweetness, while still maintaining a bready/crust malt profile. The beer will be showcasing Mosaic hops along with Simcoe for contrast. The favor and aroma will have notes of tropical fruit and citrus. We will be using the majority of the hops late in the brewing process, to preserve the hop aroma and flavor while contributing as little bitterness as possible. The aroma and flavor has big tropical and stone fruit. We feel like the beer smells like a peach ring candy! The bitterness is short lived and leaves you wanting another sip. IBU: 24 (Will be tapped on Monday August 20th.)
