Beer Description
Bright berry and citrus aroma with a tart astringent mouth feel.
Inspired by blackberry lemonade. This beer is soured with lactobacillus plantarum for 48 hours to create a subtle tart profile balanced by 100% pilsner malt and Bitter Gold hops in the whirlpool. Lemon zest and ten pounds of organic blackberries per barrel in fermentation lend a soft magenta color complemented by bright mellow citrus notes.
