Beer Description
Belgian Imperial Amber. Brewed with dark Belgian Candi Syrup. Complex, with a mild spicy flavor.
Belgian Imperial Amber Ale.
This beer was brewed similar to what is commonly known as a Belgian Tripel. But instead we used dark Belgian Candi Syrup, which gives this beer its amber color. No dark malts or crystal malts were used. Complex, with a mild spicy flavor. This beer is yeast driven. This beer is surprisingly high octane. FYI we ordered Belgian Clear Candi Syrup but 100 lovibond Dark Candi Syrup came on the pallet instead, we just went with it.
